- Asbestos Testing – Asbestos sampling and analysis can be undertaken of any materials e.g. artex, insulation, roof sheets and tiles to identify if the material contains asbestos and a certificate of analysis issued.
- Asbestos Management Plans – The Asbestos Management Plan identifies the risks posed by the asbestos identified within the asbestos survey and sets out procedures to control them.
- Asbestos Re-inspections – In accordance with the asbestos regulations, the condition of any asbestos identified during either asbestos sampling or asbestos surveys must be regularly monitored and an asbestos risk assessment undertaken and a re-inspection report produced.
- Awareness Training – General asbestos awareness training required under Regulation 10 of the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.
- Asbestos Audits – On-site and asbestos survey report audits to check compliance with current asbestos regulations and guidance.
- Asbestos Compliance Analysis – Ensuring compliance with current asbestos regulations.
- Asbestos Removal Specifications – A cost effective solution to managing and controlling the asbestos removal tendering process.
